Care for Your Clients and Occupational Health and Safety

Your first job is to schedule today's appointments into the Appointment Book and call two clients to change their appointments (Task 1). Then as you assist Aldo later, there are two Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) quizzes for you to complete (Task 2). Lastly, because of an OH&S incident, I am going to ask you to deal with Anna Young's complaint and reflect on how well you work in a team (Task 3).
