Hi, how are you going? We're very busy in the salon today. Two clients were late for their appointments and we're behind schedule already, so it's great to have you here to help us.

I have a new client called Barbara Button coming in at 11:00, and I want you to help look after her. I'm sure you'll have fun and will learn a lot at the same time.

I would like you to consider communicating with clients before creating a Client Profile for Barbara (Task 1). After this, please complete a Hair and Scalp report and fill in the Hair and Scalp Characteristics of Barbara's Client Profile (Task 2). Lastly, I would like you to design a poster about gowning and shampooing clients and create some tips for applying intensive conditioning treatments (Task 3).

Once you have finished, call Steven who will cut and style Barbara's hair.
