Hello again, you seem to be doing a really good job with Clarissa, especially considering that this is your first colouring service. I want to have a word to you about development times, because sometimes it can be a bit confusing, especially if you are using two different types of product. Clarissa is having a tint on the roots and a non permanent on the ends. To find out the development times for both of these products you should:
Work out the difference between the development times for the two products. For example, if the one product takes 60 mins and the second product takes 20 mins, then the difference is 40 mins (60 - 20 = 40 mins) (Note, this is just an example and is not necessarily the situation for Clarissa). Then:
