Lightening Hair

Hi, I'm very pleased with the work that you have been doing at CHS. A client told me the other day what a great job you did on her hair. Well done and keep up the good work.

Hilary Grant is one of our regular styling clients. The last time she was in, Christina suggested that she have some highlights put in to give a lift and brighten her natural colour. She liked the idea and is coming in this afternoon.

Hilary is a conservative client working in a law office and would prefer a subtle change. She has a cool, fair complexion.

I would like you to choose products and techniques for lightening Hilary's hair, which will help you to do the Lightening Quiz (Task 1). Then can you fill in the Use Lightening Products and Process Payments report, and the Service History section of Hilary's Client Profile (Task 2)?
