Co-ordinate a Team

I've got some exciting news for you! Nic feels that you show quite a bit of potential and has asked you to organise an in-house hair show. Hair shows are like a fashion parade of hair styles to present hair designs or looks. Don't worry, it's not going to be huge and we've done a few before so there is plenty of information around to help you. Also, you won't be alone; everyone will be giving you a hand.

We are going to invite a maximum of 30 people, made up of sponsors and selected clients, including Jasmeen Malek. There will be enough room to hold it here in the salon once we have rearranged some of the furniture.

So that the hair show will be a success, draw up an Action Plan detailing how you will organise the event (Task 1) and be prepared to coach one of your colleagues to improve her performance (Task 2). So that future shows will also be successful, summarise what you learned while you were organising the hair show including how you resolved a client complaint (Task 3).
